As we work together to improve your brain health, we will identify behaviors, habits, and life experiences that have contributed to your well-being. We will review your health history and harness your strengths to determine which action steps will accelerate you toward achieving your short-term and long-term goals.

Schedule a 90-Minute Virtual Consultation to explore your past and present. Together we will establish a personalized plan to address your wellness goals.

A 90-Minute Consultation is needed before committing to a 6-Session Program or 10-Session Program to establish our coaching partnership.


6-session program

A 6-Session Program is ideal for individuals seeking support, guidance, and accountability of a health coach to enhance their brain health journey and reach their wellness goals.

A 6-Session Program includes six 1-hour virtual sessions over a 3-month period with continuous email and text support between sessions to ensure your needs are met.

Single sessions are available to clients who complete a 6-Session Program. Single sessions can be used for check-ins or follow-ups.


10-session program

A 10-Session Program is tailored for individuals who may be starting from scratch and want the support, guidance, and accountability of a health coach to make lasting change. 

A 10-Session Program includes ten 1-hour virtual sessions over a 5-month period with continuous email and text support between sessions to ensure your needs are met.

Single sessions are available to clients who complete a 10-Session Program. Single sessions can be used for check-ins or follow-ups.
